AWARD WINNER 2021-22: Already regarded as an “inspirational” manager of HMP Edinburgh’s Visitors’ Centre, Shona’s Award is for the remarkable outreach service she put in place to support vulnerable families, including food parcels, home visits, and welfare checks, when prison visits, and many social care services, were closed by Covid.
