As part of our work to support managers and staff across the sector, last week we held a two day symposium for Governing Governors, focusing on staff morale.

In spite of an arctic blast, combined with a train strike, which brought travel to a halt across large parts of the country, more than 40 governors attended. The findings from the event will be written up and shared with colleagues across the estate.
