COMMENDEE 2018-19: Margaret is a Resource Worker for Women’s Justice Services in South Lanarkshire. She is Commended for developing community based forums to help women address their criminogenic needs, and for the advice and guidance she has provided over almost two decades.
COMMENDEE 2018-19: Lucy is a Senior Probation Officer for South West & South Central NPS. She is Commended for the skill and passion she has brought to all aspects of her role – with service users, and as a manager and colleague – and for her contributions as an equality and diversity champion.

Described as ‘a rare gem’, she wins an Award for her consistently outstanding performance during 37 years of dedicated service, and for the support she gives to both colleagues and service users.
