As part of our work to support staff morale and show them that, while they may be hidden, they are not forgotten, the Butler Trust has published #HiddenHeroes in the Pandemic, which tells the story (much of it in their own words) of the outstanding way in which managers and staff have responded to the challenges of Covid.

We believe that it’s a compelling story, worth telling – and we have printed and distributed 80,000 copies to staff across the UK. The booklet is also available to view online here.
