The Butler Trust is uniquely well-placed to identify good practice. Each year, hundreds of nominations for our Awards give us a kind of wide-angle ‘snapshot’ of outstanding work.
Inspired by what we find, we’ve developed an annual series of free workshops and events, bringing together experts and innovators, practitioners and people on the front line to share experience and insights.
Each Autumn the Trust runs a programme of thematic workshops and networking events focusing on sharing learning and good practice. The workshops have a practical focus and are aimed at managers and front line staff.
Our workshops are open, free of charge, to people working in prisons, probation and youth justice across the UK.
Links to write-ups and individual presentations from past workshops can be found below.
Future events will be announced here; for early notification, please sign up to our mailing list.
